Reading Your Results: Actual, Volumetric, and Chargeable Weight

Actual Weight is simply the scale weight you entered, converted to kilograms internally regardless of which unit you selected.

Volumetric Weight is the calculated result of length × width × height ÷ divisor. It only appears once all three dimensions are filled in — a partially completed box shows actual weight but withholds a volumetric figure, since two missing dimensions would make the number meaningless.
